Honey-Dijon Dressing for Fall Salad with Pecans

Honey-Dijon Dressing


  • 1 medium shallot, finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/3 cup olive oil


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together shallot, honey, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
